At VII House, I keep my coffee simple… no endless ingredient lists with words you can’t pronounce. I believe quality doesn’t have to mean giving up the flavor that makes our mornings fun. That is why I make my syrups and sauces in house and any store bought ingredients are selected with quality at the forefront, because why should we have to choose between taste and integrity?

Every latte at VII House is made to order, with care. No batch pulled shots or random, unnecessary ingredients. Just intentional craft in every can.

VII House began with a love (though some may call it an addiction) for coffee and a desire to create something of my own. A dream to make coffee that is simple, intentional, and made with ingredients I feel good about.

But the heart behind VII House goes deeper than coffee.

My faith is at the center of everything I do, and I want this business to be an extension of that. VII, the roman numeral for seven, is meaningful to me because of the deep significance throughout Scripture. The number seven often represents completeness and fullness (Gen 2:2-3). It also holds a very personal meaning for my family because my son (and rainbow baby) was born in July, the seventh month. Which makes the name feel like a small piece of our story woven into the brand.

For me, VII House is a reminder that even something as simple as a canned coffee can be created with purpose, by using the gifts God has given me, serving others well, and ultimately doing everything for His glory.

And house, while it may sound like just another part of the name, actually represents another part of the heart behind my business.

Home is where so many of life’s meaningful moments happen. Whether it’s gathering around the table, laughing at inside jokes, cooking a meal for the people you love, or simply enjoying a coffee in the morning that is the feeling I want to embody with VII House. The warmth, the comfort, and the connection of home.
